Expect an Enjoyable Heart Opening Healing experience like no other…
You will be laying on a water bed with a speaker underneath that vibrates your body with the vibrations of the music, which is programmed with a Light Therapy system that supports brainwave entrainment while you experience an (eyes closed) inner visual colour spectrum of patterns.
The different brainwaves take you into different states of awareness, relaxation and depth. This creates a space to heal, repair and rejuvenate. Let go of what no longer serves you as you allow flow. Letting go of trauma, pain, emotional blockages in the layers of the body ect. Replacing it with a higher vibrational state where you come into more balance, alignment and flow.
This exquisite space is a must see, cold plunging is NEVER easy, but it is ALWAYS worth it! Our room softens the blow featuring 15 plants to awaken the soul and an Infrared Sauna to calm the mind (because heck yes, there’s a reward after) our huge soaker tub will be filled with cold water and iced to preference.

Heart of Healing
Heart of Healing is a unique healing center in the Heart of Okotoks, AB. Roxane & Brent CoFounded, created and built HoH in the fall of 2022. We came across the rare and cutting edge technology of LSV therapy using water as the medium and we both knew instantly that we had to bring and build this trifecta of frequency healing awesomeness to our community. Brent’s deep commitment to his own personal growth coupled with his decades of business experience in our home town made him the perfect partner to build with. Our own divine union has grown and taken shape through our co-creation. Heart of Healing would not be what she is today without us and we could not be the same without her under our joined wings.
Hearts have expanded! We started with 4 water beds but today we have many practitioners that bring unique healing modalities that align and compliment our LSV service, as well as many local vendors that sell aligned products that support our mission. In winter 2023 we added the legendary “Fire & Ice” room, that has transformed many lives to date, including our own!
